A premium textile business needed a clear introduction
Loft Weave came to us for its logo, branding and website. Based in Texas, the business combines premium ecommerce with textile import and export. The identity needed to feel considered, while the website had to explain the offer to people making very different buying decisions.
A hospitality buyer might begin with durability and repeat orders. A private-label customer might need to understand custom specifications. We built the story around those questions, giving each audience a relevant starting point.
The brand and the buying journey developed together
We used competitor analysis and customer journey planning to decide how visitors would move through the website. Product applications, sourcing information and practical buying guidance each had a role in that journey.
The work connected the visual identity to the page structure and content. It also established the editorial direction we continue through monthly blog writing.
01 / THE BRAND IDENTITY
A wordmark and monogram for the same business
The original identity pairs the navy Loft lettering with a terracotta Weave wordmark. The contrast between the two letter styles gives the name its character, while the circular LW monogram offers a compact format.
The full wordmark carries the name across the website. The standalone monogram gives the brand a recognisable mark for smaller spaces. Both are shown here from the original artwork supplied for the project.

02 / THE WEBSITE & CUSTOMER JOURNEY
From a buying question to a relevant next step
The website begins with the buyer’s application. Hotels, gyms, spas and private-label customers can follow dedicated routes to the information that matters to their order. Sourcing and quality information then support the move toward an inquiry.
Our planning files connect the page structure to search intent, competitor analysis and a continuous content storyline. The premium visual direction carries the identity through that practical buying experience.
Business taxonomy
We organised the offer around hotel, gym, spa and private-label applications, with company information, certifications and buying guides alongside them. Each destination answers a distinct buyer need.
Navigation experience
The customer journey moves from the buyer’s application to relevant specifications and sourcing information, then toward a pricing inquiry. Clear menu routes connect the category pages to the next useful step.
Keyword research
The research separates commercial sourcing questions from consumer shopping intent. GSM, cotton construction, private label and bulk purchasing topics inform the page briefs and the continuing blog library.
Competitor analysis
We reviewed how comparable textile businesses introduce products and guide customers. That analysis informed Loft Weave’s positioning and the information buyers see before requesting specifications or pricing.
Content writing
Page storylines follow the buyer’s questions through the offer, sourcing relationship and application details. Each page has a defined subject, with relevant links to quality information, guides and the inquiry route.
Design research
The visual direction combines the original identity with textile-focused imagery and clear page layouts. Product presentation and readable buying information work together across the website.
The capture below shows the actual Loft Weave website, including its application-led navigation and pricing inquiry route.
03 / THE CONTINUING BLOG WORK
Useful buying guidance, published under the same brand
The relationship continues through monthly blog writing. The published library answers specific textile-buying questions, including towel GSM, cotton construction, sample testing, private label and importing towels from Pakistan to the United States.
These articles give buyers more detail before they discuss an order. The examples below show the actual blog library and our GSM buying guide.
04 / THE OUTCOME
A consistent identity and a continuing source of answers
Loft Weave now has an original logo system and a website that connects the premium brand to a practical buying journey. Visitors can find their application, read relevant information and follow a clear route to an inquiry.
The monthly blog engagement keeps adding depth to that experience. The branding, website and editorial work give the business a consistent way to introduce its textiles and explain the decisions behind an order.
