A family may need an infant place next month, a part-time preschool schedule or care near work. Your marketing should show which programs can accommodate them before they make an inquiry.
We start with the age groups, schedules and start dates you want to promote. As availability changes, the website and campaigns need the same update. Full programs should explain the waiting-list process clearly.
For operators with several centers, each location needs its own program information and a reliable route to the person who handles tours.
The free audit reviews your website and social media UX and technical setup, including website performance and SEO. You receive findings and practical priorities, with no charge or obligation.

THE DETAILS FAMILIES CHECK BEFORE THEY BOOK
A parent needs practical answers before visiting. We make those answers easy to find across local search, your website and the first conversation with your team.
Keep each center’s address, hours and contact details current. Location pages and your Google profile should direct families to the program nearest them.
Parents need to know whether you offer their child’s age group and the hours they need. Clear program pages help them decide whether to ask for a visit.
Show your learning approach, daily routines and family communication. Use approved photography and specific policies so parents can evaluate the center before a tour.
Give every inquiry a named owner. Explain how to arrange a visit, send a reminder and follow up when a family cannot attend.
Promote the programs and start dates you can offer. Agree how availability updates reach the campaign owner so families receive current information.

FAQ
QUESTIONS
CENTER OWNERS ASK US
Straight answers about packages, availability, multiple centers and TEFA.
05 concise answersWhat does daycare marketing cost?
Packages are $500, $1,500 and $2,500 a month. Advertising budget is separate and paid directly to Google and Meta. Website builds are quoted separately. We use the audit to identify the work your center needs, then explain which package covers it.
Can you support several centers?
Yes. We can use a shared brand and website structure with location-specific program information. Each center needs current hours, age groups, availability and a named owner for inquiries. We confirm those details with your team before publishing location pages or starting campaigns.
What if one of our programs is full?
We focus the campaign on the age groups, schedules and start dates you can offer. If a program has a waiting list, the page should explain how it works and what a request means. Your team provides capacity updates so advertising and website information stay current.
We already have a marketing person. How would you work together?
We can support the website, local search, advertising or follow-up tasks your internal person needs help with. The scope depends on the center’s current capacity and booking process. The audit gives you a practical starting point before choosing ongoing work.
Does the work include TEFA promotion?
We can prepare content when your center’s participation and approved wording have been confirmed. Program eligibility and applications go through the state. Our service does not include filing applications or deciding whether a family qualifies.
