Work / GEMS Winchester School Dubai
School video production, with concept, scripting, storyboarding, shooting and editing for a corporate film and a health-and-safety film.
AT A GLANCE
GEMS Winchester School Dubai is a British-curriculum school within GEMS Education, one of the world’s largest private education providers. Our engagement focused on video content support for the school.
The work included its main corporate film and a separate film about health and safety. Each had a different job: introduce the school to its audience, and explain an important part of school life.
We developed the concepts and wrote the scripts, giving each film a direction before production began. The corporate film needed room to introduce the school. The health-and-safety film needed a focused explanation of its subject.
Storyboarding connected the written story to the planned images. It gave the shoot a sequence to work toward and helped keep the message in view as the project moved into filming.
Our scope continued through shooting and editing. Filming supplied the material; editing determined how viewers would experience it, through the selection and order of shots and the pace of the finished film.
The two published films below show that work in its final form.
01 / CORPORATE FILM
The 2-minute, 22-second corporate film introduces GEMS Winchester School Dubai through the school’s own voice. Its principal appears on camera, giving the introduction a person for viewers to hear from as well as a place to see.

02 / HEALTH & SAFETY
The health-and-safety film gives one subject its own space. The school’s published introduction emphasizes health, safety and child welfare, including the responsibility staff share for students’ safety.
With a corporate introduction and a focused safety film, the school had two pieces of video content for different conversations with its community. Our work carried both through planning, production and the final edit.
